Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy explains what you receive when you register for the Vedanta Pink City Half Marathon, and how and when you receive it. It applies to all registrations accepted by Anybody Can Run (ABCR) (“the Organiser”).

1. What You Are Buying

Your entry fee buys the right to participate in the Event on November 29, 2026, together with the race-day services and items included in your category — typically the bib number and timing chip, the event T-shirt, aid-station support, medical cover, and a finisher medal and e-certificate for participants who complete the course within the cut-off time. Exact inclusions are those published for this edition.

2. Digital Delivery — Immediate

If you have not received your confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam or promotions folder first, then write to info@anybodycanrun.com with your transaction reference — we will resend it. There is no charge for digital delivery.

3. Physical Collection — Bib, Timing Chip and Race Kit

• Bib numbers, timing chips and race kits are handed over in person at the pre-race expo in Jaipur, on the dates and at the venue announced for this edition. Expo dates, address and timings are published on this website and sent to you by email.
• Please bring your registration confirmation and a government-issued photo ID. For age-graded categories and prize eligibility, the ID must show your date of birth.
• Collection by someone else is allowed only with a signed authorisation letter from the participant, a copy of the participant's photo ID, and the representative's own photo ID.
• Bibs are not issued on race-day morning unless we specifically announce otherwise. If you do not collect within the expo hours, you may be unable to start, and no refund is payable — see the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• T-shirt sizes are allotted as selected at registration. Size changes at the expo are subject to availability on the day and cannot be guaranteed.

4. Courier Delivery

We do not courier bibs, timing chips or race kits, in India or internationally. Timing chips must be issued against verified identity, and a bib delivered to the wrong person is a safety risk on a closed course.

Where we choose to offer courier delivery of merchandise or of any item for a particular edition, the delivery timelines, serviceable PIN codes and charges will be stated at the point of purchase, and the following will apply:

• Orders are dispatched within 7 (seven) working days of the order being confirmed, unless a different timeline is stated at checkout.
• Delivery within India typically takes a further 5 to 10 working days depending on the destination. Remote PIN codes may take longer.
• A tracking reference is shared by email or SMS once the consignment is handed to the courier.
• Delivery is made to the address you provide. Please make sure it is complete and correct — we cannot redirect a consignment once it is dispatched, and re-dispatch to a corrected address is chargeable.
• If a consignment is returned undelivered after failed attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch at your cost.
• Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address given. Please check the package on receipt and report any damage within 48 hours, with photographs.

5. Delays Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delay or non-delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier disruption, weather, strikes, civil unrest, public-health restrictions or incorrect address details supplied by you. We will, however, do what we reasonably can to trace a delayed consignment and keep you informed.

6. Medals and Certificates After Race Day

Finisher medals are given at the finish line to participants who complete the course within the cut-off time. Medals not collected on race day may be claimed from our office within 30 days, during working hours, by prior appointment. We do not courier medals unless we announce that facility for a particular edition. E-certificates are published online and can be downloaded at any time once results are final.
